If you are having an issue with your hosted CRM authorization in our system, the problem is likely that your firewall has blocked access to the server for our IP addresses. To resolve this issue, simply whitelist the following IP addresses:

  • 88.99.65.231
  • 5.58.76.130
  • 204.62.12.24
  • 93.77.238.130
  • 204.62.12.42
  • 88.214.252.75
  • 82.207.40.19
  • Port 80

After your data import is completed, you can remove our IPs from the server whitelist.
