Yes! If you are migrating to any of the following Salesforce CRM editions, you can enable the “Create Audit Fields” feature in your target CRM. This will allow for the insertion of values via API:
- Salesforce Enterprise
- Salesforce Performance
- Salesforce Unlimited
- Salesforce Developer

After you enable the “Create Audit Fields” feature, just reload your mapping page, and you will be able to map the “created at”, “updated at”, and “created by” fields in your source CRM to any object in the corresponding Salesforce audit fields.
