Yes! To avoid issues during your migration process, our tool restricts making changes in the mapping list after you have initially confirmed your object's fields map during your sample migration. However, if you desire to make changes in your mapping list upon receiving your sample migration results, you can do so by clicking on the “Unlock Request” button shown below.
Note: According to our custom migration terms, you can request to unlock your mapping list twice free of charge. Unlocking the mapping list three or more times would require an extra fee. Contact your account manager for more details, as each change to your mapping list may result in additional technical work for our tech team outside of the agreed-upon project scope.
