If you need to connect Capsule as a current platform to proceed with data import, choose the required platform from the drop-down menu.
- Provide access to Capsule account by entering your Capsule account Subdomain.
The subdomain is a part of your Capsule account URL. An example of a Capsule account URL is https://bookingly.capsulecrm.com where a booking is a Subdomain.
3. Then, press ‘Continue’ and you will be connected to the new platform within a moment.
