If you are migrating from HubSpot using our self-service migration tool, you will be unable to migrate the relations between attachments and their parent objects. This is due to the fact that you are only able to authorize your HubSpot CRM in our migration wizard using an OAUTH authorization method.
HubSpot has limited access on reading relations between attachments and parent objects by API for OAUTH type authorization. Therefore, our self-service migration tool is unable to obtain the attachments’ relations and migrate them from HubSpot.
Fortunately, we offer a workaround for this issue: By using your user credentials (login and password) to authorize your CRM, HubSpot API allows our tool to obtain the relations in question, and therefore, assign your attachments to their respective parent objects in target CRM.
