In case, you have performed the data migration to Capsule CRM, please take into account, that we don’t support the migration of user relations in accounts and contacts.
This may occur because users aren’t on a Professional plan in Capsule. With a Professional plan in Capsule, users can update all contacts, opportunities, cases, and tasks and be owners of accounts and contacts.
Still, if you can give Professional plan access to your target CRM, our support team can migrate accounts and contact records in terms of custom migration.
