In order to count your bpm'online CRM records, you should proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to your bpm'online dashboard, click 'Leads' on the menu -> 'View' and select 'Set up summaries' option.
2. Next, check the box 'Display number of records'.
And you'll see an amont of your leads. After that you should count the rest of your data following the same steps.
